Job Description for Sales and Business Development Associate

We are looking for a confident, energetic Sales Associate who will be responsible for pitching our product and services to our clients.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced sales person. She/he would know the nuances of selling and would have to convince the customers to employ us. She/he would know how to win customer's trust and has the ability to form relationships with them. The position has a lot of scope for personal growth and potential to get into a senior leadership position fast.

Qualifications:

We are flexible with qualifications. A basic degree is necessary, however post graduate degree would be a plus. We are looking for a candidate with minimum two years experience in sales. We are looking for the following skills:

1. Good written and spoken English - should be good at talking.
2. Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
3. Good Selling skills.
4. Good knowledge of various service industries. An experience in online service industry would earn you brownie points.
5. Ability to manage expectations.
6. Good negotiation skills.
7. Advanced knowledge of Internet, social media and computing.

Responsibilities:

The Associate would be the first point of contact of the client in the company and would be responsible for all direct interaction with the client. The Associate's responsibilities include:

1. Explaining about p2w2 and convincing clients to employ p2w2's service providers.
2. Understanding client requirements.
3. Suggesting the right course of action to them.
4. Helping them choose the right service provider.
5. Staying in constant touch with clients and keeping them updated on their projects.
6. Writing project descriptions for them when required.
7. Mediating between the service provider and client whenever necessary.

The Associate would be expected to work towards revenue driven targets. The Associate would report to the CEO.
